Your private hands-on cooking class will take place inside a real trullo in the countryside of Noci and will be based on vegetables and legumes: the dishes you’ll be making are focaccia, fava beans purée and some side-dishes (such as steamed vegetables, Apulian style sweet and sour onions, fried peppers, homemade preserved vegetables), bread-balls stuffed with eggplants or with peppers.
